Return Policy

We beleive that you will appreciate and profit from the use of the manual. The contents of the manual, when implemented, will help you to produce a more efficient restaurant.

Due to the nature of the manual (customized), the following policy applies in the event that you feel the need to return the manual:

1) Call the office at the number listed below for a RMA #

2) Be prepared to give the reason for the return

3) Be prepared to give a fax # where a RMA authorization form may be sent for your signature

4) Your manual must be in good condition (unused)

5) PDF versions are non-refundable

6) All returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the manual

7) There is a 50% return fee

8) Once your copy of the manual has been received in good condition and we have a copy of the signed RMA authorization, you will be sent a check for the remaining 50% of your purchase.
