A generic restaurant manual designed for restaurateurs who do not have
the resources of a large corporation to provide them with an operations manual.
Removal Editing
The manual as it is shipped is an excellent resource for the restaurateur. It can be used as is within your facility. You may find that some of the policies written within the manual do not coincide with policies and procedures that you currently use.
With this in mind, we offer the services of removal editing. Any sections of the manual be removed so that they are not reflected in the manual that you will be using in your facility. This service does not include adding information to your manual. For editing of a manual to include new information, please refer to the section titled " Additional Customization".
Follow the steps below to have any removal editing perform:
1) Call our office at the number listed below to obtain an authorization number
2) Using a highlighting marker, highlight the text you wish to have removed
3) Send the entire copy of your manual to:

4) Allow 7-10 days for the return of your edited manual
