We are pleased to announce that we now offer the Generic Restaurant Manual in PDF format.  This means that you can view the Restaurant Manual using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

We have taken the Restaurant Manual and customized it for the ficticous restaurant "BV Burgers".  If you choose to order the PDF version, you will be sent a copy of the file by e-mail. 

This file can only be viewed.  It cannot be printed.

This does give you an excellent way to utilize the information and determining if you want the printed version.
