Blue Dog Diner is committed to providing a discrimination/harassment free work environment, where all employees are treated with respect and dignity and are able to concentrate their full attention to their job. This organization will not tolerate any form of harassment by any employee, supervisory or non-supervisory, on any other employee based upon sex, race, religion, color, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, or marital status. Employees will be judged solely on their work performance as compared to the company policies, procedures and job descriptions. Failure by any employee to follow this policy will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.
