Station Responsibilities
At Blue Dog Diner we are committed to providing the highest quality products and service for our guests. In an effort to accomplish this goal it is essential that all of the employees follow the station responsibilities that are listed in this module. Please remember that our guests, like yourself, have expectations when you go out to eat.
Great effort has been taken to insure that the guest receives the same high quality products and service with each of their visits. This is controlled by the recipes and product preparation listed in this section. In addition, customers should expect to be served quickly in a clean and friendly environment. The appearance of the finished product is also important. Each product should look like it does in the Point-of-Sale posters. Remember: Eye appeal and appearance are a great part of taste!
